At cabs.pahadibooking.com, we provide a digital platform for local cab drivers to list their services. Please read our policy regarding payments and cancellations carefully.

1. No Refund Policy

• Strict No Refunds: All payments made on cabs.pahadibooking.com, including the initial ₹1 trial fee and the monthly subscription fee of ₹499, are non-refundable.

• Digital Service: Since our service is a digital listing that is activated instantly upon payment, the service is considered “used” once your details are live on our platform.

• Trial Period: Drivers are provided a 30-day trial period to evaluate the service. No refunds will be issued for any recurring charges once the trial period ends.

2. Cancellation

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

• Process: To cancel, go to your dashboard or contact our support team at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

• Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, your listing will remain active until the end of your current paid month. No partial refunds will be given for the remaining days of the month.

cabs.pahadibooking.com पर, हम स्थानीय कैब ड्राइवरों को उनकी सेवाओं को सूचीबद्ध (list) करने के लिए एक डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म प्रदान करते हैं। कृपया भुगतान और कैंसलेशन से संबंधित हमारी पॉलिसी को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. कोई रिफंड पॉलिसी नहीं (No Refund Policy)

• सख्त नो-रिफंड: cabs.pahadibooking.com पर किया गया कोई भी भुगतान, जिसमें ₹1 का शुरुआती ट्रायल शुल्क और ₹499 का मासिक सब्सक्रिप्शन शुल्क शामिल है, नॉन-रिफंडेबल (वापस नहीं होने वाला) है।

• डिजिटल सेवा: चूंकि हमारी सेवा एक डिजिटल लिस्टिंग है जो भुगतान के तुरंत बाद सक्रिय हो जाती है, इसलिए एक बार आपकी जानकारी हमारे प्लेटफॉर्म पर लाइव हो जाने के बाद सेवा को “उपयोग किया गया” माना जाता है।

• ट्रायल अवधि: ड्राइवरों को सेवा का मूल्यांकन करने के लिए 30 दिनों की ट्रायल अवधि दी जाती है। ट्रायल अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद किसी भी ऑटोमैटिक चार्ज के लिए कोई रिफंड जारी नहीं किया जाएगा।

2. कैंसलेशन (Cancellation)

• कभी भी कैंसल करें: आप भविष्य के बिलिंग को रोकने के लिए किसी भी समय अपना सब्सक्रिप्शन कैंसल कर सकते हैं।

• प्रक्रिया: कैंसल करने के लिए, अपनी अगली बिलिंग तारीख से कम से कम 24 घंटे पहले अपने डैशबोर्ड पर जाएं या हमारी सपोर्ट टीम से संपर्क करें।

• कैंसलेशन के बाद एक्सेस: यदि आप कैंसल करते हैं, तो आपकी लिस्टिंग आपके वर्तमान भुगतान किए गए महीने के अंत तक सक्रिय रहेगी। महीने के शेष दिनों के लिए कोई आंशिक (partial) रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा।
