2. Membership, Subscription Fees & Trial Offer

• ₹1 Trial Offer: New partners may be eligible for a 30-day introductory trial for ₹1. This promotional rate is strictly limited to one-time use per unique user and one-time use per unique vehicle registration number.

• Automatic Renewal: After the 30-day trial period, a recurring monthly subscription fee of ₹499 will be charged automatically to maintain your active listing.

• No Refund Policy: All payments are final. Fees are non-refundable as they cover digital placement and platform maintenance.

• Non-Payment: If the monthly fee is not resolved, your listing will be temporarily hidden from search results until payment is successful.

3. Service Provider Eligibility

• Commercial Only: The cab booking section is strictly for Commercial (Yellow Plate) vehicles only. Private vehicles are prohibited and will be removed without a refund.

• Document Verification: You must provide a valid Driving License, vehicle details, and photographs for verification.

• Abuse Policy: Any attempt to re-register the same vehicle for multiple ₹1 trials to avoid the ₹499 subscription is considered a breach of terms. We reserve the right to suspend or ban such users and vehicles permanently.

• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring all provided information, including contact numbers and vehicle photos, is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Platform Limitations & Liability

• Lead Generation Only: We are a listing platform, not a service provider. We connect you with customers but do not guarantee a specific number of bookings.

• Direct Booking: Customers contact you directly via your provided WhatsApp or phone number. We do not take commission on your rides or services.

• No Liability: pahadibooking.com is not responsible for any disputes, accidents, property damage, or payment issues between the service provider and the customer.

5. Service Specifics

• Location Limits: To ensure fair distribution of work, each driver/partner is limited to selecting a maximum of 4 primary service locations.

• कोई रिफंड नहीं: सभी भुगतान अंतिम हैं। ₹499 का शुल्क नॉन-रिफंडेबल है क्योंकि यह आपकी प्रोफाइल के डिजिटल प्लेसमेंट और रखरखाव के लिए है।

• भुगतान न करने पर: शुल्क जमा न होने की स्थिति में, आपकी प्रोफाइल को तब तक के लिए हटा दिया जाएगा जब तक भुगतान पूरा नहीं हो जाता।

3. सेवा प्रदाता की पात्रता

• केवल कमर्शियल: कैब बुकिंग सेक्शन केवल कमर्शियल (पीली प्लेट) गाड़ियों के लिए है। प्राइवेट गाड़ियों की अनुमति नहीं है और उन्हें बिना रिफंड के हटा दिया जाएगा।

• दस्तावेज़ वेरिफिकेशन: वेरिफिकेशन के लिए आपको ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, गाड़ी का विवरण और फोटो देना अनिवार्य है।

• धोखाधड़ी/दुरुपयोग नीति: ₹499 के सब्सक्रिप्शन से बचने के लिए एक ही गाड़ी को बार-बार ₹1 के ट्रायल में रजिस्टर करना नियमों का उल्लंघन माना जाएगा। हम ऐसे यूजर और गाड़ियों को स्थायी रूप से बैन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं।

• सत्यता: यह आपकी जिम्मेदारी है कि दी गई सभी जानकारी, जैसे संपर्क नंबर और गाड़ी की फोटो, सही और ताज़ा हो।
