3. How We Use Your Data

• Public Display: Your name, vehicle photo, and contact number are displayed to customers so they can book your service directly.

• Verification: Your Driving License and ID are used strictly for internal safety checks to ensure you are a verified commercial operator.

• Communication: To send you service updates and booking alerts via WhatsApp or Email.

4. Data Security & Sharing

• No Third-Party Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party marketing companies.

• Payment Processing: Payment for subscriptions is handled securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or UPI PIN details on our servers.

• Sensitive Data Protection: Your Driving License and ID photos are stored securely and are never shown to the public or customers.

5. Fees, Subscriptions & Trial Offer

• ₹1 Trial Offer: New partners may be eligible for a 30-day trial for ₹1. This offer is valid only once per unique user and once per vehicle registration number.

• Automatic Renewal: After the 30-day trial period ends, a monthly subscription fee of ₹499 will be charged automatically to keep your listing active.

• Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and data. Upon request, we will remove your profile and personal documents from our active database.

• डेटा बेचना मना है: हम आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा किसी भी बाहरी मार्केटिंग कंपनी को नहीं बेचते या किराए पर नहीं देते हैं।

• ₹1 ट्रायल ऑफर: नए पार्टनर ₹1 में 30 दिनों के ट्रायल के पात्र हो सकते हैं। यह ऑफर केवल एक यूजर और एक गाड़ी के नंबर पर एक ही बार मान्य है।

• ऑटोमैटिक रिन्यूअल: 30 दिनों की ट्रायल अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद, आपकी लिस्टिंग को एक्टिव रखने के लिए ₹499 का मासिक शुल्क स्वचालित (automatically) रूप से काटा जाएगा।

• नॉन-रिफंडेबल: सब्सक्रिप्शन शुल्क नॉन-रिफंडेबल है। आप भविष्य के शुल्क को रोकने के लिए किसी भी समय अपना सब्सक्रिप्शन रद्द कर सकते हैं।

6. आपके अधिकार

आपके पास किसी भी समय अपना अकाउंट और डेटा हटाने का अनुरोध करने का अधिकार है। अनुरोध करने पर, हम आपके प्रोफाइल और दस्तावेजों को हटा देंगे।

7. नीति में बदलाव

हम समय-समय पर इस नीति को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। बदलावों के बाद वेबसाइट का निरंतर उपयोग यह दर्शाता है कि आप नई शर्तों से सहमत हैं।
